Q: Does The Cigar Experience price match?

Yes. Because we're committed to providing the lowest prices, email us at support@thecigarexperience.com if you find an item for less at another online retailer. A member of our customer service team will verify and match the price.

Q: Does The Cigar Experience offer coupons or discounts?

We do offer coupon codes, but we do sell cigars at massive discounts. We prefer to sell cigars for the lowest possible prices 24/7 without forcing our customers to enter cumbersome coupon or discount codes at the checkout.

Q: Does The Cigar Experience sell wholesale cigars?

Yes. The Cigar Experience does presently sell cigars as a wholesaler.

Orders placed Mon-Fri before 3pm EST ship within 48hrs if in stock day not including weekends/holidays

Q: Does The Cigar Experience ship internationally?

The Cigar Experience does ship cigars and accessories to consumers within the USA or those with APO/FPO USA military addresses overseas. However, we do not offer international shipping due to the variable costs and restrictions regarding tobacco and taxation in other nations.

Q: Does The Cigar Experience do same day shipping?

No. Unfortunately with current shipping restrictions we cannot offer same day shipping.

Q: How do I cancel an order?

No. Our store locations are all stocked to fit the client demographics and buying styles.

Q: Does The Cigar Experience sell Cuban cigars?

No. Cuban cigars are illegal to sell in the United States due to the ongoing Trade Embargo with Cuba.

Q: Does The Cigar Experience sell loose tobacco or cigarettes?

No. Due to the many restrictions regarding loose tobacco and cigarettes, Holt's does not sell these products online.

We sell over 1700 cigar brands at The Cigar Experience.

Q: My favorite cigar is out of stock! Can The Cigar Experience let me known when it comes back?

No. With the increased demand for cigars and the forever changing product lines from manufactures we can not backorder items for clients at this time.

Q: Does The Cigar Experience sell Gift Cards?

No. We do not offer online gift cards at this time.
